IF YOUR TRASH IS NOT OUT
To help keep our routes running smoothly, we ask that all customers have their trash out by 5:00 a.m. on their pickup day.
If your trash isn’t out when our driver arrives and it’s marked as “NOT OUT,” unfortunately, we won’t be able to return for pickup that week. We appreciate your understanding and your help in keeping things on schedule!

EXTRA TRASH? NO PROBLEM!
Got bulky items or more trash than usual? Just give our office a quick call before your pickup day so we can make arrangements.
Please note: There is a fee for extra or oversized items, and per company policy, our drivers can’t take them without prior approval from the office. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

SINGLE STREAM RECYCLING IS HERE!
We’re excited to now offer curbside recycling! Just toss your paper, plastic, metal, and cardboard all into your recycling tote—no sorting needed.
It’s an easy way to do your part for the planet, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Holiday Schedule

We observe Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. These holidays are noted on the inside cover of your payment book.

If your regular pickup falls on one of these holidays, please set your trash out the following day.
If your pickup day comes after the holiday, go ahead and place your trash out as usual—we’ll do our best to stay on schedule.

We always aim to “catch up” quickly after a holiday, but please note that weather conditions may cause minor delays.
