A few simple things that keep routes smooth and service reliable for everyone.
To help keep our routes running smoothly, we ask that all customers have their trash out by 5:00 a.m. on their pickup day.
If your trash isn’t out when our driver arrives and it’s marked as “NOT OUT,” unfortunately, we won’t be able to return for pickup that week.
Got bulky items or more trash than usual? Just give our office a quick call before your pickup day so we can make arrangements.
There is a fee for extra or oversized items, and drivers can’t take them without prior office approval.
Toss your paper, plastic, metal, and cardboard into your recycling tote—no sorting needed.
We observe Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. These holidays are noted on the inside cover of your payment book.
